Who we are

What we collect

When you send an estimate request, a booking request, or a call-back request from the chat window, we collect what you enter. An estimate or booking request asks for your name, phone number, email address, street address, city and ZIP code (an apartment or unit number is optional), the service you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message; a booking also asks for a preferred date and time window. A call-back request from the chat window asks only for your name and phone number. We also record the page the request came from, the time it was sent, and the internet address (IP address) of the device that sent it, so we can tell real requests from abuse and keep a record of your consent to be contacted.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that reads signals from your browser to tell people from automated abuse. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives the basic technical information any web host receives, such as your IP address and browser type. Fonts and every other file the pages need are served from this site itself.

Cookies and measurement

This site keeps a small amount of browser storage to run and to remember your motion and accessibility choices. We do not load analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can choose essential only at any time. If you accept analytics, the site may load Google Analytics 4, a measurement service provided by Google LLC, which sets cookies to measure visits and sends usage data to Google. If you choose essential only, nothing of the kind is loaded. To change your choice later, clear the data this site keeps in your browser and the notice appears again. Our cookie policy lists every item by name.

How we use and share your information

Your request reaches us as an email delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider, and is then kept in our business mailbox. We use your details to contact you about your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and keep the records New Jersey requires of a registered home improvement contractor. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that help us operate (Cloudflare for hosting and the security check, Resend for email delivery) and when the law requires it.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box on a form, or send a call-back request from the chat, you agree that we may call, text or email you at the number and address you gave us about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can end texts at any time by replying STOP, and end calls by telling us on the call or by emailing us. How long we keep it

We keep request emails and consent records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to carry out the work, and to keep the records New Jersey requires of a registered home improvement contractor. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will unless a job record or the law requires us to keep them.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
